Tile roofs get a full pressure-wash, re-bedding and re-pointing of ridge caps, a flexible membrane primer, and two coats of high-build roof membrane in the colour of your choice.
Colorbond roofs are washed, treated for any rust spots, primed with an etch primer and recoated in a steel-grade roof system. Done right, you buy back ten to fifteen years before the next cycle.
